Module 2: Mindset and Defeating Self-Doubt w/Alicia
In this module, Alicia focuses on the importance of being healthy & the correlation it has on other aspects of your life (career, relationships, finances). From society's "ideal" to what YOUR ideal is, we will look at how YOU view yourself, & how honest that assessment is, & the affect it has on your success.

Module 3: Mindset, Energy and the 2nd Chakra w/Alicia
We continue the discussion on how your “story” from childhood affects you & sabotages your weight-loss & exercise efforts. Learn about the 2nd chakra (what it is & where it is) & how it relates to self-image & being “present” in your body, some aromatherapy tips to help engage your sense of smell & how the Vision Board exercise can engage your sense of sight.
Module 4: Healthy Kitchen w/DeAnna
DeAnna takes over to discuss how changing your outer environment can impact your health goals in a positive way. Learn what color to avoid if you’re trying to lose weight & why, some Feng Shui tips to amp up the HEALTH Life Area & the negative impact that clutter has on your mental, emotional & physical health.
Module 5: Creating a Home Gym w/DeAnna
Whether you exercise in a dedicated room or a corner of a shared space with your family, this module will help create a motivating spot for you to exercise in. Whether yoga or a running on a treadmill is your forte, these tips (color, the importance of adding the FIRE element, creating privacy) will encourage & inspire you to sweat!
